Robin J. Humphries
Robin J. Humphries provides transactional and compliance services for the firm. Her practice focuses on the representation of medical groups, physicians and other healthcare providers in connection with transactional and regulatory matters including the formation of business entities, preparation of organizational documents and agreements, advising clients concerning fraud and abuse, anti-kickback and “Stark” self-referral issues, Medicare, Medicaid (Medi-Cal) and Medical Board of California issues, licensing and provider enrollment, counseling clients concerning general business and healthcare agreements including partnership and shareholder agreements, purchase and sale agreements, managed care contracts, exclusive contracts with hospitals, medical director and relocation agreements, and medical office leases.
Robin is the author or co-author of nine published articles on a variety of healthcare law issues affecting physicians. Robin is a 1984 graduate of the University of Southern California Law Center. She received her B.A., cum laude, in history in 1978 from the University of California at San Diego.
